The DeepStar Project requires all contracting companies working on any DeepStar deliverable (CTR) to submit written monthly reports that contain "technical progress reports, future plans, schedule updates and budget updates for each project." To facilitate consistent, accurate reporting, DeepStar has created templates for each currently running CTR.
Please download the appropriate CTR template below to submit your monthly report to DeepStar. After completion, please email your report to the Project Manager with a copy to the Champion.
