DeepStar is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our Web sites.

Some Web pages created by DeepStar use 'cookies', which are small text files that may be placed on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We value the relationships we have with our members and future members, so we respect these concerns. Most of our email communications will be made through Committee membership lists and the DeepStar Newsletter. Both options are opt-in choices made when you sign up for DeepStar access or via the
Edit Committees and
Edit Groups pages.
For DeepStar Project members who have an account on our Web site, some amount of email communication is necessary, including Web site related support and maintenance communications. If you wish to stop all email contact from the DeepStar, please
contact our Web Team through the
contact link or at 713-754-4544 and ask us to delete your account. We will require confirmation of your identity via email. Once your account is deleted, your access to the DeepStar Project Web site will be terminated and your email address will be stripped from our databases.
Linked sites are not under the control of DeepStar. Therefore, DeepStar is not responsible or liable for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Links are provided to you as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply the endorsement of the site by DeepStar.
